This form collects the information we need to evaluate your case and begin the estate administration proceedings
The purpose of this intake form for Maryland estate administration is to gather the essential personal, financial, and legal information needed to evaluate and initiate the probate or estate settlement process and to confirm the decedent’s assets and liabilities. In addition, we will collect information to identify heirs and beneficiaries, determine whether a will or other estate planning documents exist, and establish any immediate legal deadlines or required court filings under Maryland law. This information enables the attorney to advise on the appropriate administration pathway, prepare necessary documents, assess potential tax and creditor exposure, and efficiently and compliantly wind up the decedent’s affairs.
